Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to truly love what you receive. As a small business, each piece is made in limited quantities, which means we are unable to offer standard returns. However, we do offer exchanges and store credit where eligible.

Exchanges are available and free of charge.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

To process an exchange, the original item must first be returned and received by us.

Due to limited inventory, your preferred replacement item may not always be available. In such cases, we will offer an alternative or store credit.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase.

Returns (where accepted) are not free of charge. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the original order amount or store credit value.

In case of damaged, defective, or missing products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We won’t be able to assist beyond this window.

If you receive a damaged item, please share images and details via desiimusee@gmail.com. We will guide you through the next steps for a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Please note: Small imperfections, slight misprints, or color differences from the website images are not considered defects. These are natural features of handcrafted products and add to their unique charm.
We reserve the right to make the final decision in all return and exchange matters.
Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped.

If an order is canceled after it has been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–14 working days.

Monetary refunds are only applicable in cases where a wrong or damaged item is delivered.

In all other cases, refunds will be issued as store credit.
